Villages Calgary has been Calgary's fair trade leader for nearly 4 decades with the clear goal of encouraging our local community to learn about and support fair and equitable trade. We do this by selecting a wide range of fair trade certified goods that highlight diverse skills and cultures and making them available for sale through our webstore and at our storefront at 220 Crowchild Trail NW.We also partner with local groups, like Fair Trade Calgary, Engineers without Borders and UCalgary Fashion Network, to strengthen support for fair trade and provide education on what differentiates fair trade from other forms of commerce.
New Products
We will be showcasing fairly-traded, hand-knotted, adult made rugs from Bunyaad (meaning foundation in Urdu) as well as Rwandan-made goods from Azizi Life.
