There are to be no vehicles allowed on the show floor for show hours without permission from management.
No Children are allowed on the show floor during move in or move out as it is considered a construction zone during this time.

2025 CHGS SHOW FLOOR PLAN
EXHIBITOR BADGES
All exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor.
Exhibitors are given the minimum number of badges allotted to their booth automatically (see chart below) with no
form needing to be filled out. If the number of badges needed for your staff doesn't exceed the amount shown below, then simply have your staff check in at the Show Office before the show opens to receive their badge.
Please note that badges do not display exhibitor or company names but there is room to put in your personal business card.
100 square feet | = | 6 free badges |
200 square feet | = | 8 free badges |
300 square feet | = | 10 free badges |
400 square feet | = | 12 free badges |
Each additional 100 square feet gets an additional 2 badges.
If you need more than the number of badges allotted to your booth, then please fill out the Extra Exhibitor Badge Form before
February 13, 2024 and we will have them ready for you at check in.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BADGES IN YOUR BOOTH as you need them to gain access to the show floor. Replacement badges are $10 each if lost, left at home,
left in booth, a dog ate them etc.

**Please note that the Calgary Fire Department requires all materials (sheds, temporary structures including signage in and hung above a booth) must be approved for indoor use and have a permanently attached label indicating conformance to CAN/ULC–S109, “Flame Tests of Flame-Resistant Fabrics and Films.”
BOOTH AWARDS & TIPS!
Each year, the Calgary Home + Garden Show awards seven exhibitors, each in a different category, for standing out from their competition and peers. The categories for the booth awards are listed below, accompanied by the criteria our panel of judges look for when selecting the winning booth and company. We value all of the hard work our exhibitors put in to create their displays and design their spaces and award those who go above and beyond to put their best foot forward.
Best In Show | Regardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design of any other in the show. |
Best Large Space | This award goes out to the best booth that is 400 square feet or larger. |
Best Medium Space | This award goes out to the best booth between 200 - 399 square feet. |
Best Small Space | This award goes out to the best booth between 100 - 199 square feet. |
Best Landscaping | Regardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design in landscaping of any other in the show. |
Rookie of the Year | This award goes out to a New Exhibitor who had a great display. |
Things we look for:
• Meeting basic booth standards/expectations – height, signage, flooring, layout, etc
• Full floor covering (no subfloor, concrete or terracover exposed) and quality of floor covering
• Hard wall display (not mandatory but helps in the presentation of a professional display)
• Signage and signage quality
• No exposed studs or wiring (inside and outside booth)
• Paint and paint quality –
taking the time to edge, tape seams, make the paint job look professional
• Wall quality – no visible damage
• Creativity and thought evident in booth design

Other Calgary Stampede Information:
- Any exhibitor that would like to sample any food or beverage items (coffee, snacks etc) must fill out Calgary Stampede's Sample Form. Click HERE for the form.
Booth Bites Program
Menus will be available on site at the Calgary Stampede Order Desk or through the Exhibitor Concierge team who will present on the floor during move-in and for the duration of the event. Payment (credit/debit) will be required when placing the order.
Exhibitors will have to place their orders at least 2 hours before the meal service daily. It will allow time for the kitchen team to prepare their meals, make the packages and make sure that everything is displayed perfectly for when the food is delivered to the exhibitors.
The Exhibitor Concierge team will provide the delivery of every “lunch box” directly to the exhibitors’ booths. These customized deliveries will be available at 2 different times options for every meal. This will allow exhibitors to take their break at their convenience, according to the hours of operation of the event.
DECORATOR SERVICES
The Calgary Home Shows has now partnered with Global Convention Services as our Show Decorator. The order process has changed, and there will no longer be a link in our Exhibitor Kit to order. Instead, Global will email exhibitors directly with information to sign up for their online ordering portal. Please keep an eye out for their emails and email addresses: ahobmaier@globalconvention.ca, essgroup@globalconvention.ca

ENHANCE YOUR COMPANY’S ONLINE EXHIBITOR LISTING
Your basic listing will be uploaded to the website when you book your booth. Within 24 hours you will receive an automated email to enhance your listing. This link can be used multiple times and you can make updates and changes to your listing until ONE day after the show commences. SHOW INSURANCE
Proof of trade show insurance is mandatory for our shows. Coverage dates must include Move In and Move Out. We require a COI (certificate of insurance) sent to Zoe Watters to keep on file before February 14th, 2025.

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT
Move In Hours: A Voyage Control Booking Email will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the show.
As a reminder, you must set up a profile through Voyage Control and make a booking based on your code. Check your email for more information. If you cannot find it please contact your sales rep for details. Click Here for contact information.
“Should I book a move in time even if I only have a few items to unload?”.....Yes! To ensure a smooth and stress-free move in; please book a time at the loading aprons, even if it ‘s just a few items. The BMO Centre will not allow access through the front entrance or side doors.

Move Out Hours:
Sunday, March 2, 2025 7PM - 10PM
Monday, March 3, 2025 8AM - 12PM
You do not need to book a move out time. At 6:01pm, you may start dismantling your booth. After 7 pm, carpets are rolled up and dollies/forklifts etc may be used for your items. To bring your car to the apron, staff must see that your booth is completely dismantled, and you can book your vehicle to come in from there.

The halls are considered a construction zone during these hours. Absolutely no children under the age of 14 are permitted on the show floor during this time.
PARKING
Calgary Stampede no longer issues parking passes. There is discounted parking in the 11th Avenue parking lot for $12/day. You may opt to park in any other lot, however, it will be at full price at $18/day. We kindly ask you to consider parking in lots other than 10, 11, 11a and 11b if you choose not to park in the 11th Avenue lot. These lots should be left for attendees visiting the show. Please see the map below for lots surrounding the BMO Centre.
SELLING OR SAMPLING FOOD OR BEVERAGE PRODUCTS?
The following items are required if you are a food and beverage exhibitor. Please see which applies to you:
1) SAMPLING FORMS:
Are you planning to sample your goods? Or perhaps you'd like to offer potential clients a coffee or a treat? AHS requires you fill out the form HERE and submit no later than January 20th, 2025. You must fill out the additional form below and send it to Calgary Stampede. Contact information is on the sheet.
2) AHS FORMS:
Caterers, restaurants, bakery, café, etc. Exhibitors who use commercial kitchens, please read the information and fill out the form HERE.
Mobile Vendors (Food truck, mobile cart, etc.) Submit your business name & decal numbers to Zoe at zoew@mpeshows.com no later than December 8th.
Low Risk Home Prepared Vendor (must only make low risk food & must make it out of your unpermitted home kitchen). Please read what is required from you HERE. This will help you to know if you need to fill out the form or not. Please submit the business name, contact name, phone number, email, and full home address (this is ONLY shared with AHS) to Zoe at zoew@mpeshows.com no later than December 8th.
